A retreat is judged by what changes afterwards. Most are planned backwards: venue first, purpose last.
Without a defined objective, agendas fill with activities that feel good but change nothing.
Travel, rooms, dietary needs, transfers and contingencies consume the organizers who should be leading.
The energy fades on the flight home unless commitments are captured and carried into the workweek.
One team for the entire arc — from the first whiteboard sketch to the moment the doors open and the cameras roll.
Define the outcome, the audience and how success will be measured.
Sourcing, site visits, contracts and room blocks, domestic or international.
Sessions, workshops and leadership facilitation built around the objective.
Flights, transfers, ground transport, rooming lists and on-site operations.
Signature dinners, excursions and the moments guests talk about for years.
Movement, mindset and recovery sessions that keep energy high across multiple days.
Photo, video and recap content so the retreat keeps working after it ends.
Commitments captured, owners assigned and a 30-60-90 day check-in plan.
A repeatable methodology refined across federal programs and global productions, so nothing is left to chance.
Clarify why the retreat exists, who must be in the room and what winning looks like.
Destination, budget, agenda and run-of-show, with every risk planned for.
Venue, travel, facilitators and vendors mobilized and coordinated on the ground.
A seamless, on-brand retreat, hosted by our senior team from arrival to departure.
Timing is set to your date and scope. Each phase has a gate: we move forward when its milestones are met.

Programs designed for outcomes, delivered on tight timelines, for audiences from a leadership team to an entire island.
Designed a nonprofit strategy and an island-wide program — pro soccer retreat, a first-ever 5K, beach cleanup, kids' day and a 2,000+ match — on a three-week turnaround.
Built a 40-hour train-the-trainer curriculum and certified 300+ facilitators who in turn reached service members worldwide.
When COVID hit, rewrote in-person curriculum and project design into a fully virtual program — delivered within weeks of notice.

Every engagement follows the same deliberate steps. The first two are our investment in your idea. A modest commitment then reserves the team, and every budget is approved before it is spent.
We hear the vision, the stakes and the deadline, and tell you honestly whether we are the right team.
A tailored plan: scope, timeline, team and a budget framework, built around your outcome.
Scope, milestones, budget approvals and who decides what, in writing before work begins.
A commitment fee reserves the senior team and your dates.
Timeline, budget, risk register and run-of-show: a blueprint everyone executes against.
We mobilize people, vendors and logistics and coordinate every moving part on the ground.
The rollout itself, run by a senior team from load-in to the final guest.
Results against the objective, what we would change, and how to make the moment travel further.
Every line item is agreed before it is spent, with a contingency line and reconciliation afterwards.
Strategy, planning, logistics and live production under a single roof, so nothing falls between vendors.
The principals who built programs for the Pentagon and produced events for thousands stay on your project.
Executive and leadership retreats, team offsites, wellness and mindset retreats and multi-day destination retreats, from a small leadership group to multi-hundred-guest programs, domestic or international.
Three to six months is comfortable for most destination retreats, especially for peak dates. The team has built a fully staffed, multi-event production plan in about three weeks when a deadline required it.
Both. We design the agenda around your objective and provide leadership facilitation, alongside venue, travel, hosting and on-site operations.
Every line item is approved in advance, each program carries a contingency line, and spending is reconciled with receipts afterwards.
Yes. Movement, mindset and recovery sessions can be built into the agenda so energy stays high across multiple days.
