Activate 4 Impact pairs island-wide activation with tourism technology that is already live. We meet visitors on the ship and at the port, and move them to the destination our clients choose — a real estate community, a town's local businesses, a retreat or an event.

Destinations compete for attention, visitors and investment, and a cruise visitor gives a destination only a few hours.
Cruise visitors follow the crowd to one attraction and back to the ship; little of their spend reaches local businesses.
Government, tourism boards, businesses and communities each pull in a different direction.
An event without a program behind it brings one weekend of visitors, not a season.
Without a platform, no one can show which offer, event or partner brought which visitor — or which visitor came back.
Every cruise visitor arrives with a few hours and a phone. Our platforms meet them before they dock, guide them on shore and hand them to the destination our client chooses — then bring them back.

An island-wide program in Roatán and a luxury launch in Old San Juan.
Designed a nonprofit strategy and an island-wide program — pro soccer retreat, a first-ever 5K, beach cleanup, kids' day and a 2,000+ match — on a three-week turnaround.
Planned and coordinated a red-carpet launch event for a diamond house in Old San Juan, complete with an acquired fashion line on the runway.
When COVID hit, rewrote in-person curriculum and project design into a fully virtual program — delivered within weeks of notice.

About Jeff →The same team behind Roatán Caribbean Living, a Pentagon transformation program and live platforms in Puerto Rico.
Jeff Cline, Krystalore Crews, and their team brought big ideas to life through strategic partnerships, investor relations, sales strategy, and on-site project execution. From leveraging predictive technology to identify high-intent investors and hosting biweekly investor experiences to activating public-private partnerships, the team connected vision with measurable action.
Their work included orchestrating a four-day, island-wide event engaging over 2,000 people, bringing together nonprofits, businesses, and sponsors in just three weeks.
One team. Bold vision. Real-world impact.
A 22-year Air Force veteran, Krystalore created and led a Pentagon train-the-trainer program for more than 250 change agents, equipping leaders to drive meaningful change.
Leadership consulting, executive coaching, nonprofit leadership, global retreats and large-scale events that unite strategic planning with experiences that move people to action.
Our team developed 50 acres into a multifamily community.
Retreats.plus, Cruise.plus, CrewPerk and our retreats — platforms built and running in Puerto Rico on one proprietary technology stack.
The team has launched dozens of companies with multiple exits, and built a consumer program to 35,000+ inbound calls.
This is work we've already done with the one-for-many strategy: one proprietary technology stack powering consumer, crew and retreat platforms in Puerto Rico — and extending to Roatán, Cozumel and the dozens of cruise ports we'll add over time.
Every cruise port, one pass: port-day offers for visitors, and Get to Know San Juan turning visitors into future owners.
The crew app: perks and referrals for the cruise crews who know every port best.
The home of the retreat industry: list a property, host a retreat or plan an offsite across owned, managed and partner destinations.
Hosted retreats and investor discovery tours — the on-island experiences where interest becomes ownership.
A public-private partnership program to bring connectivity and technology across the island and tourism to Roatán's East End (José Santos Guardiola), built on the same proprietary stack — with a $6.125 million soft-commit MOU out with a lead investor. (A soft commitment under an MOU, not a closed investment; nothing here is an offer of securities.)
The same package and pricing as our real estate partnerships — the complete activation, marketing and technology team — with fees that step down as sales come in.
| Success Package · Full-Service | Terms |
|---|---|
| Includes | Destination strategy, platforms, local business activation, events and marketing; a dedicated concierge; third-party partners as needed, all within one management system |
| Launch & setup | $7,500 one-time — discovery, brand system, website, CRM and technology build |
| Monthly retainer | $32,500 per month — strategy, marketing, sales operations, technology and reporting |
| Media & events | $7,500 per month at the first tier; $15,000 per month at the second — as needed and pre-approved. Additional spend goes toward activation dollars. |
| Success fee | 10% of total sales, paid quarterly, less the monthly retainers paid |
| Third-party partners | If third-party agents, brokers or partners must be paid, their fees come out of the 10% success fee as well |
Total sales are defined in the MOU (for example memberships, ticket sales and sponsorships generated through the program). A quarter with $3,000,000 in total sales: 10% = $300,000, less three monthly retainers (3 × $32,500 = $97,500) = $202,500, less any third-party fees on those sales. Illustrative, not a forecast. Structured with local counsel.
Every engagement follows the same deliberate steps. The first two are our investment in your idea. A modest commitment then reserves the team, and every budget is approved before it is spent.
We hear the vision, the stakes and the deadline, and tell you honestly whether we are the right team.
A tailored plan: scope, timeline, team and a budget framework, built around your outcome.
Scope, milestones, budget approvals and who decides what, in writing before work begins.
A commitment fee reserves the senior team and your dates.
Timeline, budget, risk register and run-of-show: a blueprint everyone executes against.
We mobilize people, vendors and logistics and coordinate every moving part on the ground.
The rollout itself, run by a senior team from load-in to the final guest.
Results against the objective, what we would change, and how to make the moment travel further.
Every line item is agreed before it is spent, with a contingency line and reconciliation afterwards.
Strategy, planning, logistics and live production under a single roof, so nothing falls between vendors.
The principals who built programs for the Pentagon and produced events for thousands stay on your project.
